Our Admissions staff is available to assist in verifying your or your loved one’s insurance coverage for alcohol or drug treatment at Mission Unity Treatment Services. Simply call us at 1(855) 237-6237. Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Insurance Company name
- Subscriber ID number and/or Policy Number and Group Number
- Insurance Company’s phone number and any specific phone number for Behavioral Services
- Prospective patient/client’s name, address, phone number
- Insured’s Employer, Social Security Number (SSN) and date of birth
- Patient/client’s Social Security Number (SSN) and date of birth
Our staff will take your information and within one hour provide insurance verification over the phone. We do accept insurance payments for drug and alcohol treatment; however, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Additionally, Mission Unity Treatment Services accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for drug and alcohol treatment payments.
